  1. Your funds are insured

Each account that you have with Eastex Credit Union is insured up to $250,000. Through American Share Insurance (ASI), there is no limitation to the number of accounts that can be insured. An example of this: 20 account types = $5,000,000 in coverage for one member. Another fact to help you rest easy is that no credit union member has ever lost money in any ASI-insured credit union account.  When you deposit money into your Eastex Credit Union accounts, you know they are insured.
